In cases where customers use thermal break profiles for doors and windows, they usually first send the raw profiles to the Mandegar Aluminum Industries Co. for anodizing process and the packaged anodized profiles are then sent to the place where polyamide strips are inserted between them. In this process, transportation costs and probability of damage to the profiles during handling and assembly operations increase and the required necessary coordination is troublesome.

 

Therefore, in order to promote the interests of customers, Mandegar Aluminum Industries Co. has decided to launch a thermal break profiles assembly line next to the existing anodizing line in the near future.
